Mr. Cruz held various executive and management positions in MetroPacific Movers Inc., and Filinvest Development Corporation Utilities Inc., with involvement in the Commercial Operations and Business & Project Development in the Logistics, Water, and Power industries, and in Product Development at Procter & Gamble. He also has extensive entrepreneurial experience in the Retail industry (petroleum, food, and garments).
Tonyo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines and a Masters in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
