With 19 years of experience in mechanical engineering, Arnie plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our power plant, ensuring optimal energy production and efficiency. As a Registered Mechanical Engineer, he has extensive expertise in preventive maintenance systems, asset management, maintenance cost management, and project management.

Arnie closely monitors plant performance, identifying and addressing inefficiencies to maximize output and minimize downtime. He also collaborates with various teams, working with Finance on the annual Operations & Maintenance (O&M) budget and coordinating with Engineering to ensure that plant designs facilitate smooth maintenance and operations. His strategic approach and technical expertise contribute significantly to the plant's reliability and overall performance.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Arnie is passionate about endurance sports, actively training for marathons and triathlons. He also loves cooking and baking, finding balance between his technical career and personal passions.
