As part of the HR and Admin Team, Chloe provides support and assistance to all employees of CleanTech. She also assists in maintaining employee records, recruitment process, onboarding of employees, arranging interviews, training and seminars, and company events. Further, she maintains the policies and procedures of the HRA Team and accomplishes tasks as delegated by the HR Manager and/or the President.
She works closely with HR and Admin, Legal, and Finance teams.
Chloe graduated as a Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños last August 2023 with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Ecology Major in Human and Family Development.
Outside work, Chloe usually utilizes her time to relax and de-stress by reading and playing online mobile games as she values mental health and recognizes the significance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In addition, she enjoys spending time with her friends and going out to unwind.
