Jefferson Q. Pasia

As Chief Finance Officer, Jeff looks after the financial health of CleanTech.  Tasked with the acquisition of funding for projects under business development, Jeff works collaboratively with local and international financial firms and institutions with the goal of expanding the company’s project capabilities and business opportunities.

Within Cleantech, you will often see Jeff huddled with Aboy, CleanTech’s CEO, and the business development and project management teams. Over the years, his initiative, commercial and business awareness, excellent problem-solving, and analytic and numerical abilities proved crucial to CleanTech. He has greatly contributed towards achieving the financial close of CleanTech's 30MW project, landing him the role of Finance Manager in 2018.

Jeff started his career in the manufacturing industry and was a technical resource and process engineer of a global platform equipment in Procter and Gamble Philippines. Jeff has led and has been involved in various projects and start-ups in his previous work at a multinational consumer goods company. He was also a mechanical and process resource team member in the same company. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Santos Tomas.
