Jervin P. Lee

As Accounting Manager, Jervs is responsible for the overall accounting and tax-related concerns of the company. Simultaneously, he also takes the lead in ensuring that the company complies with all the regulatory reportorial requirements, and takes the lead in responding to various internal and external audits.

Internally, Jervs works closely with finance in administering the daily operational needs of the different teams. Jervs also works closely with the HR and admin in providing support to the project teams. Externally, he coordinates with various government agencies such as the BIR, DOE, and SEC, among others, for the regulatory requirements of the company.

Jervs is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of meaningful experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Cleantech, he worked at PNOC Exploration Corporation for over 14 years where he was exposed to both operations and accounting for oil, natural gas, and coal projects from exploration, development, and production. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Accountancy at the University of Santo Tomas.

He also took up units in law (currently on-leave) at the De La Salle University, College of Law. Apart from working full-time, Jervs has been working as a College Instructor for over six years now. He handles major accountancy subjects for BS Accountancy students and also handles management subjects and basic accounting subjects for Business Administration and Hospitality Management courses.
