As HR Manager, Kat takes care of the most important asset of CleanTech: its employees. She is the go-to person for all employee-related concerns, and is tasked with creating a positive and productive workplace where everyone can work to realize the company’s objectives while promoting its core values. As Admin Manager, Kat works with CleanTech's admin assistant in administering the daily operational needs of the different teams.
In line with her duties to manage the company’s employees, Kat also works closely with the finance and project management teams for the regulatory compliance requirements of the Company and its various renewable energy projects. As one of the directors of the CleanTech Foundation, Kat also manages its various programs.
Kat has over 12 years of experience in administrative management, human resource management, and training and development. She is an advocate of productivity and quality management and has served as resource speaker and faculty adviser for the Development Academy of the Philippines. This has enabled her to be involved in various community development projects covering healthcare, microfinance, disaster preparedness, and sustainable rural development.
