Tracy Ann C. Maghirang

Tracy is a licensed Forester and GIS Specialist for more than ten years. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of the Philippines-Los Baños, majoring in Forest Engineering. Her first job was for a renewable energy company producing bioethanol in Negros Occidental. She then worked for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for three years, after which she was employed by a mining company for gold, nickel, and aggregates commodities.

As ESG Officer, Tracy is responsible for developing and overseeing environmental, social, and corporate governance policies and procedures, formulating ESG business strategies, and driving ESG initiatives throughout the organization, whereas, as a GIS Specialist, she assists in the project development process, planning, geographic surveys, offer applications, connections, and stakeholder liaison.

Primarily, she collaborates with the Business Development and Project Management Teams. Furthermore, she works with internal and external stakeholders, pollution control officers, as well as with government agencies and consultants.

After work, she spends most of her time with her family, especially with her children. She likes traveling to different places with her family where they can all experience the new ambiance. Moreover, Tracy loves to take care of her little garden filled with vegetables, ornamental plants, and fruit bearing trees.
