As the company’s Civil Engineer, Bill is responsible for all civil works and land development concerns related to CleanTech’s projects. He is primarily tasked with providing technical assistance to the company’s project managers, and coordinating with civil contractors, designers and consultants in monitoring the company’s projects.

Prior to joining Cleantech, Bill worked as a Quantity Surveyor in Arcadis GEC-Manila for two years and in Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines for a year and a half. He is a registered Civil Engineer and a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas.

Outside of work, Bill likes to always stay active. He loves jogging, biking, and playing basketball whenever he can.
